Hello,

a bit about me:

Hey, my name is David Zavala. I am a Senior at the University of Arizona who has excellent grades and who will attend graduate school overseas soon. I may actually come back to the United States of America to complete a concurrent PhD (two PhDs) and work at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to research, for example, to research ways to improve the mental health services for individuals and families. The option of where I can attend graduate school is basically mine and that has been my option for about three years now. Most recently, I was told by the University of Arizona and Syracuse University that, "the world is your oyster," and became encouraged to apply to the best graduate school I can. I want more education before any applications are made to be submitted. I am excited for the future and what we can accomplish together. I am a Psychology major with a minor in Adolescents, Community, and Education or, "ACE" for short and have attended in person and online and attend education-related and mental health related workshops, seminars, talks, and conferences around Texas and, in fact, around the world. I am a gold status presidential volunteer who has more than 400 hours spent in many communities worked in, volunteered in, interned in, or participated in. There is more to share though and there is still hope for more. Let's try work together to make something kind, better, and great.
